Creating and Sharing Articles
Creating articles in AcceleratorApp allows you to provide valuable content to your community. Whether it's for sharing guides, important updates, or educational resources, articles help communicate key information effectively. Articles can be embedded with multimedia elements like images, videos, and attachments to enhance the content. You can share these articles through the Resources section or integrate them into Courses for a more structured learning experience. This feature gives you full control over content sharing, allowing you to engage your community in a meaningful way.
Where to Create Articles
You can access the article manager within the sidebar menu, where you will find the Articles section. Here, you can manage all your articles, create new ones, and share them with your community. To share articles, you can use the Resources section of AcceleratorApp.
Step-by-Step Actions
Follow these steps to create and share articles with your community:
1. Navigate to the Articles Section
From the sidebar menu, go to the Articles Manager. This is where you can manage and view all your articles.
2. Create a New Article
Click on the Create New Article button. This will open the article builder, where you can start writing your article.
3. Add Content to Your Article
Use the content builder to structure your article. You can add:
- Headings: For titles and subtitles in various sizes.
- Text Box: To add plain text.
- Numbered List: For step-by-step lists.
- Bulleted List: For bullet points.
- Media: Embed videos, images, and audios from various sources, or upload files directly.
4. Publish the Article
After adding your content, click Publish to make the article live. This will make it available to share within the community.
5. Share the Article via Resources (admins only)
- Navigate to the Resources section.
- Click Add New Resource and select Article as the resource type.
- Choose the article you’ve created, or click Create New Article to create one on the spot.
- Fill out the article details, such as name, description, and section.
- Set Restrict Access to control who can view the article based on user roles, industry, program, or tags.
6. Share Articles Through Courses (Admins only)
You can also link articles directly to course modules to provide supplementary learning materials. This integration helps users access structured learning content alongside valuable resources.
