User Program Assignation

The User Program Assignation section allows administrators to view and track a user's assignment within a program. This includes key details such as the start date, end date, and overall duration of the assignation.

Getting to User Program Assignation

To access this section, navigate to Community and select User Program Assignation from the menu.

Step-by-Step Actions

Step 1. Go to Community in the platform.

Step 2. Click on User Program Assignation.

Step 3. Review the list of assigned users and their program details.

Step 4. Check the Start Date, End Date, and Duration for each user.

Step 5. To create a new user assignation:

  • Click on New Assignation.
  • Select the user and the program.
  • Set the start and end dates.
  • Confirm the assignation.
