How to Manage Applications
As each application is submitted, the Funnel Admin will receive a notification. The Funnel Admin(s) can view applications in the Applications Overview and open the Application Form tab to start evaluating.
If a funnel is archived or the deadline passes, incomplete applications will be archived. Submitted applications will continue through the application process.
Reviewing the Application
Under the candidate’s details, you will find the application rounds, based on the application funnel.
After a review of the application form, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the candidate. If you decide yes, the candidate will move on to the next round. If you decide not to proceed, you will be able to send a rejection email created from transactional emails and select the date or instant of when the email will be sent.
Forms
When a candidate has to submit a form as part of the application, the candidate will receive an instruction email. The responses to the form will be in the application tab and the details of when it was submitted, will be listed in the application round.
Meetings
When a candidate is selected for an interview, the candidate will receive an instruction email to book a meeting based on the interviewers' availability. Candidates can also book the meeting from their application file.
Once the interview is scheduled, you can reschedule or cancel the meeting by clicking on the three vertical dots. If the candidate does not attend the meeting, mark it as a no-show.
Click Start Meeting at the beginning of the meeting and save the meeting session after you click End once the meeting is finished.
Evaluation Forms
Evaluators can only access the specific they are assigned to. Only Admins or funnel managers can see all the evaluations and their combinations.
Evaluators can be pre-assigned in the application funnel or assigned case-by-case when reviewing applications.
Once assigned, the evaluator will have a task created to evaluate the application. The task will be marked as complete once the evaluator submits the evaluation form.
Accepting or rejecting a Candidate
At the end of each round, the Funnel Admin will accept or reject the application.
If you decide not to proceed, you will be able to send a rejection email created from transactional emails and select the date or instant of when the email will be sent.
When accepting a candidate, you will specify the program(s) the candidate is accepted into and the applicable Startup Tag(s). The candidate will receive an automatic acceptance email.
