Creating Custom Views for Applications

Creating views allows you to change the information displayed in the Applications, Startups, and Community tabs. Custom views help to answer specific questions or address immediate needs, allowing you to work more efficiently.

Where to Create Views

Click on the Applications, Startups, and Community tabs. After selecting which columns are included in the view, save the view for later use.

Step-by-Step Actions

STEP 1: From the Home Page or the top menu, click on Applications.

STEP 2: In the Applications Overview page, click on Columns.

STEP 3: Select the fields to include in the view.

STEP 5: Add a Name and Description of the view, then set permissions on who can see the view. Click Save New View.

Tips & Best Practices:

  • Use tags and descriptions that are easy to understand.
  • Consider what users need to see at a glance to understand the items in the list.
