How to Create Forms in the AcceleratorApp?

Form Builder

Forms are used to manage the applications and evaluations that are part of the application funnel. There are also forms you can use to collate feedback from your community and you can add quizzes to manage their learning journey.

Types of forms in the AcceleratorApp

Application Forms - used by applicants to apply for services or recruitment
Evaluation Forms - used by evaluators, coaches, and mentors to assess an applicant or startup. Can be included in the application funnel to interview applicants.
Feedback Forms - used by Admin and Admin&Coach roles to collate feedback after a coaching session, training, or event.
Quiz - used to track a learner in the courses they are enrolled in.
Submission Form - used in courses

The native form builder allows you to customize the different forms. Once you get to the form builder, you will see custom fields and different types of questions on the left and your form canvas on the right. To add questions to your form, drag and drop the question types from the left and place them in the form on the right. The settings tab is where you can add the details of the questions, set if it’s required or not, and add validations to restrict answers. The option to manage the access and visibility of the question by user role is only available to our Premium and Enterprise plan customers.

Multilingual Forms

When you have a multilingual form, you can switch the language of the current form from the top right corner of the form. You can manually translate your form from English into whichever target language you select.

Form Tags

In the form settings, you can assign the form tags created in the Taxonomy. This makes it easier to filter forms when you need to use them.
