Introduction to Startup Portfolio
The Startup Portfolio in AcceleratorApp helps accelerators and incubators stay organized by centralizing all key startup information in one place. You can easily view essential details like programs, industries, last coaching session date, tasks, founders, mentors connected, and more. All in an accessible, well-structured format.
With the premium search filtering options, you can filter startups based on this data, making it simple to sort, find specific startups, and generate custom reports. Plus, you can use the built-in segmentation to send targeted emails to your community and keep adding new startups as your network grows.
Where Can I Find My Startup Portfolio?
Simply click on the Startups section in AcceleratorApp, and you’ll be taken straight to your Startup Portfolio.
Step-by-Step: Accessing and Using the Startup Portfolio
1. Navigate to the 'Startups' Section
At the top menu, click on Startups This will take you directly to your Startup Portfolio, where you’ll find all the startups listed.
2. Explore the Startup Portfolio
In the Startup Portfolio, you can switch between two view options:
- Card View: Displays each startup as a card with key information for quick browsing. (screenshot)
- List View: Organizes startups in a table format, allowing you to see more details at a glance. (screenshot)
Key details include:
- Startup Name
- Program they’re part of
- Tags and industries
- Last coaching session date
- Tasks: pending and future tasks
3. Premium Search Filtering Options
In List View, you can quickly find a specific startup or category, by using the Premium Search and filter options. You can filter startups by:
- Industry
- Tags
- Program stage
- Number of founders, founders, and mentors linked to each startup
- Fields part of the company profile
Additionally, there’s a column selector that lets you choose which data points you want to display in the overview. This allows you to focus on the most relevant information for your needs and tailor your reports accordingly.
By selecting specific columns and applying filters, you can easily organize startups and generate reports that meet your exact requirements.
5. Send Emails to Your Community
From your Startup Portfolio, you can send targeted emails using the pre-set Community Segmentation (programs, tags, industries). Select which startups/users or groups you want to contact, and easily send updates, invitations, or other communications.
